IdcN’s mission includes planning and production of high-quality design. Our service ranges from the creation of tools such as posters and direct marketing to planning and the operational management of various kinds of events, including exhibitions and symposiums. We’re also ready to accept requests for hosting visiting professionals such as advisors, lecturers, judges and commissioners.

NADYA Park, where the Design Center Building is located, is a stylish and central Nagoya venue. The 7th floor houses the Design Laboratory, where various design offices are leased, and available upon inquiry, to design-related companies, offices and satellite locations for design-related universities, as well as the design departments of companies looking to attain new business. Small- and medium-sized companies included in the industrial development program issued by the City of Nagoya and IdcN can apply for grants-in-aid. There is a screening process for prospective tenants.
creators shop Loop, a space for encouraging initiation and business development, gives creators a place to test out their ambitious proposals in creative fields. Named "Loop" to indicate the feedback between creator and user, it was designed as a marketing-based shop. Tenants are chosen by the judging committee annually.
In the Creative Industries Promotion Project, by providing opportunities to match small and medium-sized businesses and local businesses with design offices or creators, we aim for an even higher level of manufacturing and even more regional development.
