Title：	Eating without thinking
Concept:	Food is the source of energy for human being. All we consume must be healthy in order for us to be health. As our civilization became more refine, we are looking for more refined food. We put in flavorings to 'bump up' the taste. Color additives are used to correct natural variations in color. Pesticides are applied to keep the fresh products completely blemish free. Genetically modified crops are claimed that people will benefit by the enhanced nutrition. It seems we have been successfully created 'Perfect Foods' for ourselves. Does it really make sense to put a higher priority on food beauty than on food safety? The truth is millions of people fall ill and many die by eating unsafe food everyday. Those chemicals also lead to environmental pollution. These posters are aimed to remind the public to concern about food safety. We have to enhance our awareness on food quality so as to protect our next generation. The more we know will create the greater our chances of a secure future.
Judge's Comments:	This poster features simple characters with the concept expressed only through the use of different colors, while making some of the letters appear as though they have been bitten into associates with the work the image that food safety is being undermined. While it is difficult to grasp this just by viewing the poster, the presentation allowed a deeper understanding of the concept.
