TitleF | There was pork in this tray
Concept: | A campaign to have you reduce a leftover. Food garbage of 20,000,000t appears every year in Japan. This seems to be the Quantity that 46,000,000 people of the developing country can eat for one year. 10,000,000t go out of the home among 20,000,000t. If each family changes only some consciousness, may the loss of the food garbage decrease? I suggested thought this time. At first I arrange the words of the concept called "the food = life" on a label to have you know importance of the appetite. It wants you to reaffirm that we eat a creature every day by taking in the life of other creatures to live by watching this. And it wants to promote it to be careful with a thing of appetite and food. Alternatively, I arrange Japan and the world food disposal and a number about the food problem on a label. It wants to promote an effort to reduce a leftover to by knowing the causation of the leftover? environmental problem thereby. This campaign is suggestion whether is not changed a global problem called the food disposal into by the extremely imminent improvement of the consumer. |

Judge's Comments: | The selection of this realistic motif is interesting, with trays and labels from foods actually sold at supermarkets. I wonder what consumers' reaction would be if this were actually presented at food stores as a public advertising campaign. The labels include all kinds of ad copy, but the information does not sufficiently communicate the gist of this campaign to the consumer. This concept does not require such a variety of information; rather it may be better to select only the more effective copy.
