“Autumn Hokoten (Minami Otsu-dori Pedestrian Precinct)” will be held on Sundays from October 1st to November 12th, except October 22nd.
The pedestrian Precinct is about 700 meters from the Otsu-dori’s Sakae crossing point to the Yaba-cho North intersection. Traffic is restricted on Ottsu-dori (southern part) and the surrounding roads (partly), and traffic congestion is also expected.
