Spring Hokoten (Minami Otsu-dori Pedestrian Precinct) will be held on Sundays from April 21st to June 2nd and on Saturday May 11th: date of “Sakae Minami Music Festival”.
The pedestrian Precinct is about 700 meters from the Minami Otsu-dori’s Sakae crossing point to the Yaba-cho North intersection. Traffic is restricted on Ottsu-dori (southern part) and the surrounding roads (partly), and traffic congestion is also expected.
