Spring Hokoten (Minami Otsu-dori Pedestrian Precinct) will be held on Sundays from April 15th to June 3rd and on Saturday May 12th when the “Sakae Minami Music Festival” will be held.
The pedestrian Precinct is about 700 meters from the Otsu-dori’s Sakae crossing point to the Yaba-cho North intersection. Traffic is restricted on Ottsu-dori (southern part) and the surrounding roads (partly), and traffic congestion is also expected.
