Autumn Hokoten (Minami Otsu-dori Pedestrian Precinct) will be held on Sundays from September 22nd to November 17th.
The pedestrian Precinct is about 700 meters from the Otsu-dori’s Sakae crossing point to the Yaba-cho North intersection. Traffic is restricted on Ottsu-dori (southern part) and the surrounding roads (partly), and traffic congestion is also expected.
