The focus of the program reflects the general theme of the 2005 World Exposition in Aichi and explores important issues related to the boundaries of Nature vis a vis Architecture and Design. The symposium, which aims to enhance exchanges between Austrian and Japanese architectural communities, will present cutting edge examples of Austrian Architecture and Design achievements as well as thought-provoking ideas concerning sustainable engineering and design solutions for the 21st century.
