The “NAGOYA Design Circle” is an exchange and consultation meeting that aims to create new businesses while promoting exchanges between young creative talents in the region.
This project aims to build relationships among participants for the revitalization of their respective activities and for collaboration and co-creation by allowing designers and creators in various fields to casually interact and share issues and questions they face in their daily work.

This time, the theme is “how to find an assignment”, which is a very important preparation for design.
Have you ever been confused when you were told to “create freely” for graduation research or new product/business development, whereas in the past all you had to do was to design according to a given theme? When you hear the words, “freely use young people’s sense of style” or “give us ideas unique to young people,” don’t you feel at a loss as to where to start?
In this 【Issues Section】, we will consider how to find and set up the necessary issues in such cases. The contents of this session can be further deepened by combining it with the 【Concept Section】 scheduled for February next year.
