International Salon of the Poster ICOGRADA-UNESCO Sponsorship
Every year UNESCO holds a competition called “UNESCO World Poster Exhibition”. In 1997, a panel of international judges selected 73 posters from 14 countries and regions; Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, China, Korea, Denmark, America, France, Japan, Holland, Turkey, Russia, Slovenia and Taiwan. IdcN represents Japan in this year’s exhibition and 14 Japanese designers were selected for the traveling exhibition. The creativity of these designers once again drew attention for the high standards of their work in a markedly international competition. Starting out in Paris in January ’98, the exhibition will travel to America, Eastern Europe, The Czech Republic, China, Korea and Taiwan.
